Recovery week needed!!
Monday- rest day #2- sweet!
Tuesday- easy spin on trainer at home...really easy! Had the Hills and the Tour of Flaunders on Tivo.
Wednesday- another easy spin in the morning followed by an easy evening run with Kara.
Thursday- back in CT class- thought I was going to puke after the first interval which lasted for....oh 30 minutes. Even coach threw me a bone and didn't yell at me as much as he would have for the way my legs were not spinning. I held on though for the duration of class but thank goodness it was over when it was!!
Friday- another easy evening run with Kara..which we followed up with a pedicure. What? Amidst the pee'ing on the bike and snot rockets..we're ladies :-).
Saturday- had a 3 hour ride which Caesar and I went out to Livermore to do so we can hang out with the Team.. haven't seen them in awhile. Otherwise, I would have loved to go to Milton, CA to watch the AC guys race the Copperopolis Road Race. It would have made for great photos!! Perhaps next year..
Sunday- another easy run in the morning followed by swim with coach. I have a feeling that I enjoyed my last easy workout for awhile as recovery time is over..

So got coach's feedback on my race. Good stuff! Funny part, he said it shouldn't take me 4 minutes to change from my bike shoes to my running shoes. Well, I forgot to tell him that I also included a visit to the porta-potty..haven't quite learned the run and pee thing yet :-).Workout Summary-
Swim- 1 hour and 30 minutes
Bike- 7 hours and 0 minutes
Run- 2 hours and 15 minutes
Total Workout- 10 hours and 45 minutes
